Event Coordinator
Are you passionate about special events?? We have an amazing and excited opportunity beginning in the new year! This is a temporary role through June. As an Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for organizing and coordinating corporate and special events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. You will collaborate with various teams to help execute memorable events, manage logistics, and provide exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate or special events, with relevant industry training.
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional business setting with public interaction is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with other technology applications is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
